Dr. Tracy A. Trachsler
Dr. Tracy A. Trachsler is an associate professor of Sport Management and the Graduate Program Coordinator of Sport Management at the State University of New York College at Cortland. She received her PhD from Springfield College in Physical Education – Teaching and Administration, a M.S. in Physical Education – Athletic Administration from Springfield College, and a B.S. with a double major in Spanish and Spanish Education from the University of Scranton. She is a former NCAA Division III assistant athletic director and SWA and a former Division III softball pitching coach. Her current research interests focus on issues that affect the intercollegiate athletic space and sport management pedagogy. She has published in the Sport Management Education Journal, Sport Social Work Journal, Journal of Amateur Sport, Journal of Contemporary Athletics, among others.
